Immigrant Race-Victims' Emigrant "Racist" Son Attacks Immigration (Allegedly)

Following discussions with m'learned friends, I would like to state categorically that there is absolutely no truth whatsoever in anything previously published in this spot in my blog, or published by NME, the BBC, the Press Association, the Sydney Morning Herald, the Independent, the Telegraph, the Daily India or any other organisation characterising Steven Patrick Morrissey as holding racist views. My wife Linda has always been correct in defending Mr. Morrissey who is a wonderful singer, a great upstanding example of humanity and someone who has never met Max Mosley.

Singing about racism does not make him a racist you idiot. Try listening to the lyrics of national front disco - it's about a family losing their son to an NF that Morrissey is lampooning.

Just because he loves and mourns for his fantasy old England of Carry on Films, Larkin, Lyons Corner Tea Houses, Diana Doors, brylcreem and the Krays it doesn't stop him believing that "immigration has enriched the british identity".

What more do you want?

Leave him alone he's only singing.

Your Postscript is Marxist. Groucho, of course: "I wouldn't want to be a member of any club that would have me as a member".
